      30-DAY RETURN POLICY

      We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

      RETURN ELIGIBILITY

      To qualify for a standard return, your item must:

      • Be unused and in its original condition.

      • Include its original packaging and accessories.

      • Include all items supplied with the original order.

      • Be returned in accordance with our return instructions.

      REPLACEMENT SPARK CARTRIDGES

      For safety reasons, used, activated, or partially consumed spark cartridges cannot be accepted for ordinary change-of-mind returns.

      Unopened and unused cartridges may be eligible for return, subject to applicable shipping regulations.

      This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

      DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

      Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.

      Our team will review your request and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

      REFUNDS

      Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

      Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

      The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

      LOST PACKAGES

      If your package is confirmed lost during shipping, you may choose:

      • A full refund of the amount paid for your order.

      • A replacement order at no additional product or shipping cost, where delivery is permitted.
